Shipping Policy
Platinum Pool Centre has outlined information regarding it's freight and shipping policy outlined below. If you require any clarification on any of the below information please contact us on 07 55 591 180.

We do use express parcel, and courier services from time to time depending on the load.   We also deliver Bulk Pool chemicals and supplies including Salt, Liquid Chlorine and other non dangerous goods chemicals direct to you by our staff within our Local Shipping Zone. 

Dispatch Policy
It is The Policy of Platinum Pool Centre we endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day. (within 24 hours of receipt of paid order). All swimming pool items in stock will be shipped the same day if the order has been received and paid for before 12 noon EST or otherwise the next business day depending on our Pool Shop’s stock levels. You will receive an email confirmation once its shipped. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. We mainly ship with Eparcel Standard via Australia Post within our free shipping zone for majority of our orders. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 2 working days we will contact you with an estimated dispatch day.

Freight Carriers - Shippit
We use the shippit software to get your parcel to you as efficiently as we can. While we predominantly use Eparcel standard freight we also use the following services when required.

• Australia Post - Express Post
• Fastways Couriers - Gold Coast
• Couriers Please - Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast

Shipping Times (Estimate)
Below are the estimated delivery times to metropolitan areas in each state from our dispatch address in Mudgeeraba Gold Coast Queensland. If you are remotely located it may take longer than our estimated times and you may be contacted by our courier to organise a location where they can meet you or securely leave the package. Most orders are received by our East Coast Australia customers in 1-4 working days.

• Brisbane - 1 day* (48 Hours from dispatch)
• Sunshine Coast - 1 day* (48 Hours from dispatch)
• Gold Coast & Northern Rivers - Same Day* (24 hours)

* Denotes working days Order Tracking All of our parcels can be tracked and we are happy to supply a tracking number on request. We do not control freight companies and contractors so above lead times are a guide only. 

In-Store Pick Up - Platinum Pool Centre Currumbin or Mudgeeraba.
Customers can now choose to pick-up their purchase from Platinum Pool Centre in Currumbin Waters or Mudgeeraba. Browse and select your item via our online store and choose a convenient location from which to collect your order. Platinum Pool Centre has two pick-up locations, depending on available stock levels. Please note that availability for store pick up will be in the product description as not all products are stocked at every store. If you are not sure if a product is available for pick up from your local store please call our online support number to check stock availability. 

Pick up from Warehouse - Bulky Items
Bulky items like sand filters, Pool Equipment bundles and Pool Blankets may only be available for pick up from our warehouse in Currumbin.  These goods are usually too large / bulky to stock in our retail stores or are special products or bundles which are comprised of multiple items. Some of these items will be available for installation by our service division and some will not depending on the product. This information will be listed in the product description so we can minimise any confusion as to which bulky items are available in store, for installation and or available for pick up from our warehouse.

Installation Zone
Platinum Pool Centre is a Gold Coast based retail and service business. We offer an installation service to all Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs only. Contact us on 1800 102 526 for any queries regarding installation and Installation suburbs. 

Free Shipping Zone
Free Shipping - We offer free shipping for qualifying purchases to all suburbs within South East Queensland including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Northern Rivers. If the Free shipping icon doesn't appear as an option in the cart then you will be charged a Flat Rate Shipping Fee for delivery of that product.

General Shipping Rates and Terms

Local Shipping / Delivery-
The local shipping zone is our local delivery / freight service. It is at our discretion whether we deliver these goods or use a third party freight / courier service. We will endeavour to deliver any orders a efficiently as we can.  If this option is selected Platinum Pool Centre reserves the right to use any of the the services available to us to deliver the order. We are currently not offering local delivery for any orders. 

Free Shipping - All products or orders over $200 will be shipped free of charge to anywhere within our dedicated Free Shipping zone. We ship most of these orders within 12 hours of receipt using our Eparcel account via Shippit freight platform. This includes most bulky orders including pool cleaners. pool pumps, salt chlorinators and cartridge filters.  This may exclude bulky products such as sand filters and bulky items such as salt, filtration media and bulk liquid items. 

Flat Rate Shipping - Parts
All spare parts orders under $200 and less than 25kg Cubed volume will incur a $12 dollar flat rate shipping fee. This is limited to orders which can be shipped as one parcel. Any multi or bulky orders under $200 that can't be shipped as one package will be charged out at the Flat Rate Shipping - Bulky items rate.

Flat rate Shipping - Bulky Items
All spare whole product orders over $200 and less more than 25kg Cubed volume will incur a $45 dollar flat rate shipping fee to anywhere in Australia. This is limited to orders which can be shipped as one parcel. Any multi or bulky orders that can't be shipped as one package will be charged out at the Flat Rate per parcel. Some bulky items like Pool Salt. minerals, filtration media and sand filters may be excluded from this shipping type. These items will be deliverable to our local shipping / delivery zone which is limited to Gold Coast Suburbs only. 

Pick up from Warehouse - Bulky Items
Due to the nature of some of our products it is impossible to have all bulky items in store for purchase. All products which are available for pick up from our warehouse only will have reference to this within the product description on the product page. Some of our pool equipment bundles or product bundles will only be available for pick up from our warehouse only and not available to freight / ship, for purchase in-store or for installation.
